WELLNESS WITH DR. AVERY • MIND & METABOLISM
Transparent, self-pay lab pricing for our patients. No surprise bills, no insurance markups — just the cost of the test, passed straight through to you.
How it works
Dr. Avery orders your labs, you visit a lab draw site near you, and the results come back to us to review together. You pay the prices listed here directly through our office — nothing is billed to insurance, so these prices don’t count toward a deductible. If you’d prefer to run labs through your insurance instead, just let us know and we’ll route the order that way.
Blood draw fee
The lab charges a one-time $9.35 draw fee per visit, no matter how many tests are collected that day. Bundling your tests into a single visit keeps this to one fee.

Good to know
Don’t see a test you need? We can order almost anything. Ask us and we’ll quote the self-pay price before your draw.
Fasting: For the most accurate lipid panel, glucose, and insulin results, plan on nothing but water for 8–12 hours before your draw. Morning appointments make this easiest.
Prices are set by our partner laboratory and are current as of May 27, 2026. They may change with notice; we’ll always confirm your cost before you’re charged.
