What is direct primary care?
Direct primary care (DPC) is a membership model. Instead of billing insurance for each visit, you pay a simple monthly membership that covers most of your primary care. That means longer appointments, easier access to your doctor, and care focused on prevention and the whole person, not insurance rules.
What membership includes
- Up to 2 visits per month, in-office or virtual
- Acute-need visits as needed
- Direct messaging with Dr. Avery, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
- Preventive care, chronic condition management, and medication management
- Transparent self-pay lab pricing
Membership programs
- Comprehensive Care Program, $250/month: full-spectrum primary care
- ADHD Care Program, $185/month: adult ADHD evaluation and ongoing care
- Weight Management Program, $200/month: physician-led weight and metabolic care
